This BNS challenge is for the Spring Designer Showdown.

My 'inspirational' object was the purple flowerpot, featured at the entrance to the home. This challenge was one of my favorites, as I love getting to design the homes and when I build them myself I can be lacking in inspiration. The theme throughout is using flowers, but also nature themes and purple. Wood is also quite a featured aspect aswell.

I'm quite pleased with the outcome of this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. It features a beautiful open plan kitchen diner, with a huge lounge space. A family room and a study are also additional rooms. I've included a laundry room also. The master room is a huge space with a small area for any newborns. There's a spare double room and also a twin room. Although I have decorated this in feminine colors I think the effect of it is quite nice.

Anyway, here's what I came up with.

Outdoor/Front Yard/Garage

 Family Room Lounge and Study
